Does Traders Zone connect to my exchange account?

No. It reads a trade history file you export and upload yourself. It never holds API keys, never connects to an exchange account, and cannot place orders or move funds.

Is the free tier permanent?

No. Free runs for 14 days from sign-up with 10 AI chats per day, then you choose a paid plan to continue.

Which exchanges are supported?

Trade-history import works with CoinDCX and Delta Exchange today. Binance, BingX, Bybit, KuCoin, WazirX and MEXC are in progress. Charting covers 1,529 markets regardless of where you trade.

Is this investment advice?

No. Traders Zone is an analytics and decision-support tool that reports on your own past trading. It is not a registered investment adviser and does not provide personalised investment advice.

1. What Traders Zone is

Traders Zone is an educational and analytical tool. It analyses trading history you upload, computes indicators from public market data, simulates rule-sets against past data, and lets you discuss all of that with an AI assistant.

It is not financial advice. Traders Zone is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or portfolio manager. It does not tell you what to buy or sell, does not manage money, and never places trades. Anything it produces — including levels, entries, stops, targets or position sizes — is illustrative analysis of data, not a recommendation, and must not be relied upon as such. Trading crypto derivatives carries substantial risk; you can lose more than you deposit. Decisions you take are yours alone.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on trading in your jurisdiction.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep access to that account secure — activity through it is treated as yours. Paid plans permit a limited number of concurrent devices; signing in beyond that limit signs out your least recently used device. Accounts are for one person: sharing credentials is not permitted.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

share, resell or redistribute access to your account;
automate, script or scrape the service beyond normal interactive use;
attempt to bypass usage limits, device limits or access controls;
upload unlawful content, or data you have no right to upload;
use the service to build a competing product, or to abuse the underlying AI providers.

We apply per-user and per-minute limits to keep the service usable and affordable for everyone. We may restrict, suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — with a reason, and with a route to appeal (see Contact).

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance in Indian Rupees. Prices and limits are on the pricing page. Higher plans raise how much you may use the AI assistant each day; every plan has a limit, including those described as unlimited, which are subject to fair use. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

6. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the service down for maintenance, and may temporarily limit AI features to keep costs sustainable — in which case charting and analysis generally remain available. Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process it in order to provide the service. See the privacy policy for how it is handled.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Traders Zone.

Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to Traders Zone, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the total fees you paid us in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Where you have paid us nothing — on the free tier, for example — that limit is nil.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Indian law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the product. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru, Karnatakahaving exclusive jurisdiction.
